If it feels like a good fit, we'll set up a quick video call, phone call or in-person meeting. To reserve your date, you choose a collection, sign the contract online and pay a 30% retainer.

I book weddings up to a year in advance, first come, first served. Popular dates tend to go first, so reach out as soon as you have your date and venue.

The 30% retainer reserves your date, and the remaining balance is due 15 days before your wedding. Everything is handled online, so it's quick and easy.

Yes! Engagement sessions start at $450, and you can add one to any wedding collection. It's a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day.

I'll be there myself for your whole day. A second photographer can be added to any collection and is included in the 10-hour collection. All my second photographers are experienced professionals who share my documentary style.

Yes. As your date gets closer, we'll plan the photo timeline together, so there's time for family photos, portraits of the two of you, and all the moments in between. I'm happy to coordinate with your planner too.

Not at all. Most of the day I photograph things as they happen. For portraits and family photos, I give simple, clear direction, so it's quick and you can get back to your guests.

We'll make it work. I'll look for covered spots at your venue ahead of time, and rainy-day portraits often end up being some of the most memorable.

Yes. Big celebrations, small elopements, courthouse ceremonies, cultural and religious traditions, and every kind of couple. Tell me about the traditions that matter to you, and I'll make sure they're covered.

I always bring backup cameras, lenses and batteries, and every photo is saved to two memory cards at the same time, so nothing is lost.

A lot! For full-day coverage, most couples receive around 700 to 1,000 photos. That's an estimate, not a limit. I keep photographing all day, even when guests are relaxing at the bar, so you'll find moments you didn't even know happened.

Sneak peeks arrive the next day, and your full gallery is typically delivered within 2 to 4 weeks.

Yes. Every photo in your gallery is hand-edited by me. I also offer handcrafted albums, so your favorites can live somewhere other than your phone.

No. Your photos are watermark-free and delivered in a private online gallery, where you can download them and share them with family. If you post them online, a photo credit is always appreciated.

Yes! Travel is included within the D.C., Maryland and Virginia area. I love destination weddings too, and I've traveled with my camera to Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Germany, England, Central America and all over the U.S. For weddings farther away, travel costs are quoted up front.
