Hello, I'm Gabriele
I'm a wedding and engagement photographer based in Northern Virginia, photographing couples across Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia and wherever they choose to get married. I've been doing this for more than ten years, and I still love it as much as the first wedding.
When you look at your photos years from now, I want you to feel the day all over again.
Growing up in Lithuania
I grew up in Lithuania, and I fell in love with weddings when I was a little girl. I loved all of it: the dresses, the music, the long tables full of family, and the way everyone looked at each other. The sweet moments between family and friends always made me smile.
They still do. More than ten years and many weddings later, those moments are still my favorite thing to photograph. And if your family speaks Lithuanian, so do I.
Real moments, as they happened
I'm a documentary photographer at heart. Most of your gallery will be your day as it really happened: your dad tearing up before the aisle, your friends losing it during the toasts, the two of you sneaking a quiet minute together. I want your photos to tell your story, not just show how good you looked (though you will look great).
I'll also make sure you have portraits, family photos and all the details, with simple direction and without taking over your celebration. Years from now, I want your photos to bring the whole day back, and remind you how comfortable you felt in front of the camera.
Married to my best friend
In the summer of 2024, I married my best friend in Lithuania. Having everyone we love in one place, celebrating with us, is a feeling I will never forget.
Our first dance ended with a laser and firework show, and I couldn't stop smiling. We danced until 4 a.m., and none of us wanted the night to end.
So the next morning, we kept going the Lithuanian way: grilling šašlykai (traditional barbecue skewers), warming up in the sauna, and everybody jumping into the pond, laughing like kids.
We would relive that weekend in a heartbeat. Our photos are the closest we can get, and every time we look at them, we're right back there. That's why I care so much about yours. One day, they'll take you back too.
Off the clock

Pickleball
My husband and I are a little obsessed. We train hard, keep pushing each other to get better, and love a good game with friends, especially when it gets competitive. Our proudest moment so far: winning an open play together in Lithuania.
Travel and food
We love exploring new places, new cultures and, most of all, new food. Japan was our honeymoon and is still our favorite, and we're already counting down to the next trip. We've also explored Thailand, Italy and Greece, and the list keeps growing.
Ace & Gucci
Our two dogs run the house. Ace is our big-hearted golden retriever, and Gucci is my miniature pinscher, my little sidekick since sixth grade.
